  • 4 defrosted ahi tuna steaks
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil


  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup orange juice without pulp
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • ¼ cup chopped spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
